PayEasy NG's first build was demoed on office Wi-Fi and fell apart in the field — screens that took ten seconds to load on a real 3G connection, which is what most of their target users actually have.

What we built
We rebuilt the app in Flutter against a lean Laravel API, caching aggressively and trimming every screen to the minimum data it needs on first paint. Every feature was tested on a throttled connection before it was called done.

The outcome
Cold-start load time on a throttled 3G connection dropped from around ten seconds to under two, and support tickets about "the app is stuck loading" nearly disappeared after launch.
